Are you a newly contracted agent? It can take up to 24 hours for all of Humana's systems to update with your contracting information. If agents log into HMU before all systems have updated, then HMU cannot see the information it needs to determine which initial certification course is needed (field or telesales). If you are newly certified, please wait until the day after you are notified of your contract to log into HMU. The correct certification will be appear after all systems have updated and you can continue with your certification training. If you are not newly certified or it has been more than 24 hours since you were contracted and you do not see your certification course, then please call ASU at 800-309-3163. We'll fix it! Assigned Initial Certification Instead of Recertification? The vast majority of our agents are assigned the correct training, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you were expecting to see initial certification but got assigned recertification training (or vice versa), then some of the most likely causes might be: •If you were newly certified in the last year, your Humana MarketPOINT University Profile may not yet be updated. Try refreshing the page and then click “LOGOUT” to refresh your information. The correct courses should then be made available to you. •If you were recently recontracted, your prior certifications may have termed with your previous contracting. Please contact ASU to request your certifications to be reinstated. •Did you move from Field Sales to Call Center Sales (or vice versa)? Certification and Recertification courses are specific to the contract type and the plans the agent sells. If you recently moved to a different sales channel, your prior certifications are no longer valid. You will need to complete the initial Certification courses for your new sales channel. Bottom line: please contact ASU if you do not see the correct courses at 800-309-3163. Is my web browser supported? Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari (for Apple products) are the recommended web browsers, but Humana MarketPoint University is compatible with all major browsers. Test your browser here. How can I print my Certificates? When you have fully completed a course or certification, you will receive a certificate of completion. One option that will work for all courses is to access your certificates of completion via the Completed Training page. With this route, simply return to the HMU homepage and click on the "View All" button located in the "Completed Training" section. A list of certificates will appear and are available for download and/or print. Anothers option for courses that have been upgraded to the latest course player, is to get your certificate of completion directly after finisihing your course. Once you have complete all of a course's items in this route, you will be presented a bright green "Get a Certificate of Completion" button from the Outline Menu. Select this button, and confetti will fall show the certificate button(s). I'm in a course, but clicked on a link in the lesson. How to I get back to the course? Sometimes, your training lesson will have links inside. Clicking on them wont end your course, but depending on what device or browser youre using, it may send you to another window or tab. To get back to the main course from a new window, hover over your browsers icon at the bottom of your screen & select the course again. If your link opened in a new tab, select the other previous tab to return. On rare occasions, your link may open in the same screen. To get back, just open the Outline Menu button and select your training lesson again. To see this in action, watch step 3 of 5 in the course player tour.
